"cf." is an abbreviation from a Latin word (confer) and means 'refer to' or 'compare with', here it means it could possibly be Elysia degeneri or perhaps something closely related, or at least similar in appearance.
Elysia cf. degeneri has a maroonish-green colour and a diffuse yellowish-orange marginal line at the parapodia and opaque white spots on the body. The rhinophores are whitish-brown marbled.
