I place this species tentatively within the family Ilbiidae  Burn, 1963. It has a tan body covered with diffuse brownish-black spots and patches. It is characterized by its black margin to the notum and the foot.
I wrote to to Dr. Juan Lucas Cervera Currado: "My best guess on this one from the Philippines is Ilbiidae sp. Do you know more?"
Here is his reply: "Thank for the photo. Unfortunately, I cannot give more information about this species than you know."
On the taxonomic placement:
2005 taxonomy:
Runcinoidea has been recognized as a superfamily within the clade Cephalaspidea, within informal group Opisthobranchia in the taxonomy of the Gastropoda by Bouchet & Rocroi, 2005. They also recognized two families Runcinidae and Ilbiidae.
2009 taxonomy:
Malaquias et al. (2009) have reinstated Runcinacea as a valid name outside Cephalaspidea. They also recognized two families Runcinidae (with genus Runcinna) and Ilbiidae, but they did not mention superfamilies.
2010 taxonomy:
Jörger et al. 2010 have moved Runcinacea to Euopisthobranchia.
2021 taxonomy:
WoRMS has the Family Ilbiidae  Burn, 1963 within the Superfamily Runcinoidea  H. Adams & A. Adams, 1854 within the order Runcinida  Burn, 1963

This species was posted on 2 June 2011 at these websites as Ilbiidae sp. A  Family: Burn, 1963,and changed on 11 September 2011 into
Ilbiidae sp. 01  Family: Burn, 1963.
For some genera, such as Trinchesia was the alphabet almost through. I had to change the distinguishing alphabetic character into a number. I had chosen 2-digit numbers, even though '01' looks a little bit stupid, and now is only the genus italic written.
