Trapania sp. 03  Genus: Pruvot-Fol, 1931

Trapania sp. 03 is characterized by its orange background colour, and by opaque white extra-branchial and extra-rhinophoral processes. The rhinophores and the oral tentacles are basal tranlucent, merging into diffuse black. The gills are also translucent, with a a black line along the outside. Behind the gills is a short white median line which changes into black to the posterior end.

This species was posted on 12 June 2011 at these websites as Trapania sp. C  Genus: Pruvot-Fol, 1931, and on 23 May 2012 changed into
Trapania sp. 03  Genus: Pruvot-Fol, 1931, for some genera, was the alphabet almost through. I had to change the distinguishing alphabetic character into a number. I had chosen 2-digit numbers, even though '01' looks a little bit stupid, and now is only the genus italic written.
This species is as Trapania sp. 8 in Gosliner et al. (2015) page 143.
