Tambja olivaria is characterized by its 'olive' green background colour and pattern of black and orange-yellow markings. There runs an orange-yellow band around the anterior end, just in from the dark green edge, then runs back on each side to join behind the gills - parts of this band can be absent. The rhinophores are dark green/black. This specimen is pretty damaged.
Pretty similar is Tambja gabrielae  Pola, Cervera & Gosliner 2005, which differs by orange rhinophores with dark pigment at the posterior bases.
