Halgerda batangas is characterized by orange-red tipped tubercles, with a network of solid red-orange lines on the dorsum between the tubercles, and a white region around the mantle edge containing orange-capped tubercles, which have a basal ring of white.
This shot shows two specimens mating.
Very similar is Halgerda cf. batangas which lacks almost completely the network of red-orange lines.
