Discodorididae sp. 30 is characterized by its translucent whitish body mottled with pinkish/gray patches and some smaller brown patches, and by the opaque white marginal band. The rhinophore clubs are brown.
The photographer, late Ilan Lubitz, labeled it Peltodoris murrea which differs by white rhinophores and by small brown spots within some of the pinkish patches. There are some pictures of Peltodoris murrea from the Southwestern Indian Ocean online.
