Chromodoris sp. 08  Genus: Alder & Hancock, 1855

Chromodoris sp. 08 is a medium sized Chromodorid, this specimen was 2.5 cm long. It has a white body, the median region is pale blue with thin black longitudinal lines. It has an oange marginal band on the mantleIt has an orange marginal band. The rhinophores and gills are orange.
This species had been misidentified and posted on 20 May 2013 at these websites as Chromodoris burni  Rudman, 1982, which seems to be endemic to Australia and lacks the pale blue median region.
