Marionia sp. 23  Genus: Vayssière, 1877

Marionia sp. 23 is an unidentified or undescribed species of the genus Marionia or possibly of the genus Marioniopsis.
It is characterized by its pale tan/whitish background colour, and by a reticulate pattern of thin whitish-tan lines. The highly branched secondary gills are pale tan, and the rhinophores are also pale tan, the elevated rhinophoral pockets have a lighter margin. The simple velar appendages are short and thick.
Very similar are:
Marionia sp. 10, which differs by pale yellowish/greenish tips of the secondary gills,
Marionia sp. 24, which differs by long and branched velar appendages.
