Pictures of specimens like the above are at many websites as Phrikoceros katoi, as Phrikoceros cf. katoi, or as Phrikoceros sp.
cf. is an abbreviation from a Latin word (confer) and means 'refer to' or 'compare with', here it means it could possibly be Phrikoceros katoi or perhaps something closely related, or at least similar in appearance.
Let me the decription of Phrikoceros katoi by Marcela Bolanos at LifeDesks:
"The diagnostic character for this species is the bright orange background, darker toward the margin, with white microdots over the entire surface. Two clusters of white microdots behind and posterior to the cerebral cluster."
I don't know whether Phrikoceros katoi is highly variable or if these pictures are of several similar species, LifeDesks lists these similar species:
Phrikoceros baibaiye  Newman & Cannon, 1996,
Phrikoceros diadaleos  Newman & Cannon, 1996, and
Phrikoceros galacticus  Newman & Cannon, 1996
None of their descriptions fit the above pictures...
I keep it for now as Phrikoceros sp. 01, though I am not convinced that they are the same species!
