This is an undescribed or unidentified species of the genus Nembrotha. I call it Nembrotha sp. 09, to distinguish it from other species of Nembrotha.
Nembrotha sp. 09 is chracterized by its black/dark blue background colour, by a red band at the mantle margin, by red rhinophores and gills, and by a white patch between the rhinophores.
The above 2 - 6 mm specimens are most likely juveniles, possibly of the very variable Nembrotha livingstonei  Allan, 1933. There are pictures of the same species a 5 mm specimen and a 15 mm specimen from Japan as Nembrotha sp. 6 online.
