Goniobranchus sp. 08 is as Goniobranchus sp. 9 in Gosliner et al. (2015) page 215, let me quote the description:
"White with irregularly shaped dark red markings on the center of the dorsum, sparse to absent near the margin; marginal band pale orange; juveniles with less red on the dorsum."
This species is part of the Goniobranchus tinctorius group.
R.F. Johnson & Gosliner (2012) have restricted the genus Chromodoris  Alder & Hancock, 1855 to those Indo-Pacific species with black longitudinal lines, laying a flat egg mass, and moved most of the other species to the genus Goniobranchus  Pease, 1866.
