Discodorididae sp. 21 is characterized by its transparent body, and by transverse whitish ridges.The rhinophores are translucent tan.
Dr. Alicia Hermosillo-González labeled this picture "Halgerda transparente.JPG".
I am not sure which genus it might be, though I lean to Sclerodoris  Genus: Eliot, 1904 , that is why I keep it for now as
