Halgerda paliensis has only been recorded from the Hawaiian Islands, if my identification is correct is this the first record from an other area. This species was posted on 10 August 2013 at these websites as Halgerda paliensis (Bertsch & Johnson, 1982) [Sclerodoris]. It is a convention in malacology to use the first initials of authors with the same family name to distinguish between them, that is R.F. Johnson for Rebecca Fay Johnson and S. Johnson for Scott Johnson. I changed the authority on 7 May 2016. More information on Halgerda paliensis are on Bill Rudman's Sea-Slug Forum! How to cite: Köhler, E. (2017), published 23 July 2017, Halgerda paliensis (Bertsch & S. Johnson, 1982) available from https://www.Philippine-Sea-Slugs.com/Nudibranchia/Doridina/Halgerda_paliensis.htm |
