Goniobranchus sp. 09  Genus: Pease, 1866

Goniobranchus sp. 09 is not in Gosliner et al. (2015), the adults are characterized by a wine red appearance with white pigment at the margins of the mantle and of the foot. There are minute white spots on the mantle and purple spots in the white parts at the margins of the mantle and of the foot. The rhinophores are dark red with white spots, the gills are translucent wine red with a few white spots. There is orange/red pigment at the anterior end of the mantle/head.
Juveniles (picture #2 middle) differ by a paler appearance and by having two white longitudinal lines, in semiadults (picture #2 right) are the white lines broken into irregular white markings.
