This Tritoniid is most likely a species of Tritonia  Cuvier, 1798, I label it Tritonia sp. 04  Genus: Cuvier, 1798.
Tritonia sp. 04 is characterized by its mottled brownish/tan colour. The above specimen was identified by Ron Silver, Thanks!
This species is most likely as Tritonia sp. 3 in Gosliner et al. (2015), let me quote the description:"Mottled brown; secondary gills moderately branched, with dark brown tips; velar tentacles simple or bifid. Feeds on the brownish soft coral, Paralemnalia sp., which it closely resembles."
