Very similar are: Eubranchus rubropunctatus which differs by papillae scattered over the rhinophores, Eubranchus cf. mandapamensis which differs by the annulate rhinophores, and Eubranchus mandapamensis which differs by the spaced annulations on the rhinophores. Eubranchus sp. 14 is most probably also Eubranchus ocellatus (Alder & Hancock, 1864) [Eolis]. This species was posted on 26 May 2014 at these websites as Dunga ocellata (Alder & Hancock, 1864) [Eolis], I followed the Sea-Slug Forum, which uses this name, though Miller (1971: 326) synonymised Dunga under Eubranchus. I noticed on 1 November 2016 that WoRMS lists Dunga Eliot, 1902 as a synonym of Eubranchus Forbes, 1838, but gives no reference. I asked Dr. Richard C. Willan, and changed it on 24 November 2016 into Eubranchus ocellatus (Alder & Hancock, 1864) [Eolis]. References: Miller, M.C. 1971.
