I had been scanning through all websites on MARINE FLATWORMS, the only somehow similar but different species is
Pseudoceros cf. prudhoei  Newman & Cannon,1994,
both species have a black body, 2 marginal bands, an inner broad bluish-grey band merging into white, and an outer yellowish band,
I label it Pseudocerotidae sp. 11, because my best guess is that it should be placed in the family Pseudocerotidae  Lang, 1884.
The above species differs from Pseudoceros cf. prudhoei by minute yellowish-white spots on the black body, and by the orange colour of the outer marginal band, bright yellow in Pseudoceros cf. prudhoei.
